Refund Policy

At Blooom, we aim to provide high-quality voice reel production services and strive for client satisfaction. This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be issued and under what conditions.
1. Cancellations Before Work Begins
You may cancel your order before production or editing work has started.
In this case, you are entitled to a full refund.
2. Cancellations After Work Has Begun
Once recording, editing, or production work has started, refunds are not guaranteed.
Refunds at this stage may be offered at the discretion of Blooom, depending on:

The amount of work already completed

Any expenses already incurred

The reason for cancellation
If a refund is granted, it may be partial to reflect the work carried out.
3. Completed Work
Once the final voice reel (or substantial parts of it) has been delivered, no refunds will be issued unless Blooom has failed to deliver the service agreed upon.
Dissatisfaction based on creative preference alone does not qualify for a refund, especially after revisions have been used.
4. Revision Policy
Each project includes a maximum of 2 rounds of revisions.
Revisions must fall within the scope of the original brief.
Requests for additional revisions may incur extra fees.
Revisions do not extend the eligibility period for refunds.
5. Refund Method
If a refund is approved:

It will be issued to the original payment method

Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
6. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided if:

You change your mind after work has started

You delay providing required materials (scripts, notes, references)

You are dissatisfied after receiving all included revisions

You request revisions that fall outside the agreed brief

You fail to provide accurate information needed to complete the project
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received an approved refund:

Blooom may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
