Blooom – Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Blooom. By confirming an order with us, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. Please read carefully.
1. Services
Blooom provides professional voice reel production services. All recordings are created according to specifications agreed with the client.
2. Orders and Payment

Orders are confirmed via email. By replying to our email to confirm your order, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.

Full payment must be received before production begins unless otherwise agreed.

Prices are as quoted at the time of order.
3. Delivery

Estimated delivery for completed voice reels is 1–2 weeks after the recording date, provided all required materials and payment are received.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to workload or unforeseen circumstances. Blooom is not responsible for delays outside our control.
4. Revisions

Blooom provides a maximum of 2 rounds of revisions per project. Additional revisions may incur extra fees.

Requests for revisions must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your initial delivery.
5. Intellectual Property

All recordings remain the property of Blooom until full payment is received.

Upon payment, clients are granted a license to use the recordings for personal or commercial purposes as agreed.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of Blooom content is prohibited.
6. Cancellation and Refunds

Orders can be canceled before production begins for a full refund.

Once production starts, refunds are not guaranteed but may be offered at Blooom’s discretion.

All cancellation or refund requests must be submitted in writing.
7. Liability

Blooom is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or recordings.

Clients are responsible for ensuring their use of recordings complies with applicable laws and regulations.
8. Privacy
